Any matching addresses will be shipped together.

We will be receiving shirt orders through Sunday, October 13, 2024. Production on t-shirts will begin Monday, October 14th, 2024. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and shipping.

We are by no means requiring a donation for a Cancer Sucks 5K race t-shirt. Our original shirts for the race were donated by one of our sponsors, Absolutely Specialties. The response and attendance at the race was so phenomenal that we did not have enough shirts. The additional shirts through this order form will be paid for by The Shelley Foundation. Any donation made here for the shirt(s) will be used specifically for t-shirt production. Remaining funds will support those in need.
